    Description
    Certified Orthotist/ Certified Prosthetist- Sioux Falls, SD

    Open to New Grads or Experienced Prosthetic Practitioners.


    Shifts:
    Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm


    • Monday to Friday
    • NO evening, overnight, or no weekend on-call responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Participates directly with patient assessments, fabrication, and fitting of custom and prefabricated devices
    • Provides instruction for proper use to patients, staff, and healthcare providers
    • Provides follow-up appointments to patients to ensure proper fit, compliance, and tolerance of device
    • Prepares, maintains, reports, and records all pertinent information in the patient's chart

    Education and Experience:

    • A Bachelor's degree in a related field or relative experience, ABC, BOC, and/or other certifications are required for the processes surrounding orthotics and prosthetics.

    Mandatory Certification:
    ABC, BOC,


    • Other certifications are required for the processes surrounding orthotics and prosthetics.
