Extensive financial modeling experience, including advanced spreadsheet skills

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve alignment, drive results and present outcomes
Detail Oriented; Comfortable dealing with ambiguity; Willingness to roll up your sleeves and dive into complex issues

Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of Purchase Order (PO) spend across vendors to ensure sufficient funds available and facilitate PO adjustments with vendors & internal partners (i.e.
Collaborate with vendors, internal Accounts Payable and Procurement teams to align on billing, validate and approve invoices
Collaborate closely with regional & business unit stakeholders to build predicative and accountable financial models on marketing expenses
Assist in strategy and execution of fiscal year planning, coordination, and ongoing monitoring of performance against budget (financial plan/forecasts, dashboards, strategic planning documents, etc).
Drive quarter-end financial reconciliation, including review of expenses, targets to actuals, reclasses and deliver accurate supporting documentationAdHoc reporting and analysis as needed
