    Description

    We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, maintaining inventory, and providing excellent customer service to our patients. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the healthcare field and make a positive impact on the lives of our patients.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist pharmacists with medication dispensing and compounding.
    • Accurately label and package medications.
    • Perform medication inventory management and ensure availability of supplies.
    • Process prescription orders and verify patient information.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy.
    • Adhere to pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety procedures.
    • Assist in the billing and insurance claim process.
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Pharmacy Technician certification (CPhT) for the state of CO is required.
    • Prior experience as a Pharmacy Technician is a plus.
    • Knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and procedures.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
    • Proficiency in using pharmacy software and technology.
    • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
