    Job Description

    Job DescriptionOur client is actively seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their Oil & Gas team in Denver, CO). This role will require travel to West Texas on a regular basis to support existing oil & gas facilities.
    Performance Expectations:
    • Writing scopes of work
    • Estimating project costs
    • experience including working with Operations.
    • PSM or MOC experience.
    • Process Engineering experience in Gas plants
    • Mechanical or Piping (not pipeline) experience in a facility
    Professional Requirements:
    • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related field
    • 5-8+ years of experience on oil & gas related projects.
    • Proficiency with piping, valves, fittings, and piping arrangements in the field.
    • Evaluating PSV, flare systems, inlet, and discharge piping sizes to ensure compliance with client requirements.
    • Familiar with the gas process/gas equipment
    • Competency with creating P&ID redlines in the field.
    • Develop data sheets, sketch properly engineered pipe sketches for new designs.
    • Direct experience with Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and Management of Change (MOC) requirements and regulations.
    • Oil & Gas industry experience.
    • Experience with (VMG, Promax, Hysis) is a plus but not required.
