    Revenue Enablement Services (RevOps) is adding a dynamic and motivated Sales Enablement Facilitator to our team.

    About The Role:
    This role offers the opportunity to have positive impact on the success of our sales professionals.

    You will be primarily focused on facilitating top of funnel sales training for new college graduates, while also working with experienced Senior and Principal Facilitators to learn more advanced content and to develop your facilitation skills.

    This role works with new hires and helps them progress and grow their skills during their first several months in sales.

    You will directly influence their first client reach outs, their first opportunities and their first conversions.

    RevOps is performance driven, and processes are in place to help you ramp up and succeed in this role.

    We have a tailored onboarding program that equips you with the knowledge and skills to deliver assigned courses with confidence and competence within the first 90 days on the job.

    Throughout your tenure, we will continue to invest in you and develop the breadth of your training expertise.

    Success in the role is measured by your ability to master new content, maintain high learner satisfaction scores, and contribute to the overall success of Oracle.

    Desired ability and experience:
    Knowledge of prospecting and sales skills for IT solutions

    5+ years in technology/application sales experience

    Ability to learn new content quickly and effectively

    A growth mindset and passion for learning

    Live in or close to Kansas City, MO

    US:

    Hiring Range:
    from $33.94 to $67.93 per hour; from $70,600 to $141,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity.


    Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

    Paid time off:
    Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits.

    For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.

    Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

    Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
