    Our direct corporate client is seeking a technical Business Analyst / Project Manager to add to their growing team. This position is located onsite in their Northern, NJ location and reports directly to the CIO. This position will play a critical role in assessing and analyzing the firm's current IT platforms capabilities and suggesting solutions to improve the companys systems and/or processes.     Please note: This is a permanent corporate role. Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the US without the transfer or sponsorship of a visa. Candidates must be local and willing to work onsite. No Third Party candidates will be considered.

    This role is more technical than a "traditional" Business Analyst. Candidates must have experience and understanding of application integations/APIs (including from a security perspective).

    Responsibilities:

    • Working closely with internal resources and outsourced partners and serving as a liaison between business departments and the IT team.
    • Managing and overseeing technical development projects while effectively communicating with both business and IT stakeholders.
    • Understanding business requirements, translating them into technical solutions, developing data integration requirements between target and source systems, and driving the successful delivery of projects that align with our strategic objectives.
    • Act as project owner, managing technical delivery employee(s)/teams across multiple different partners and third-party providers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
    • Providing guidance and support in technical design, development methodologies, and best practices.
    • Head implementation teams during upgrade and technology migration projects, liaising with affected departments to ensure usability and functionality.
    • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technical development projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.
    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.
    • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or roadblocks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
    • Facilitate workshops and business case development.
    • Coordinate third party partners cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to achieve project goals.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years working directly with business stakeholders in a BA/PM capacity.
    • Strong technical background and good understanding of the software development life cycle and the outputs of each phase. experience in software development languages and frameworks
    • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Microsoft Projects, Smartsheet, Jira and Microsoft DevOps.
    • Experience in ERP, CRM, and SaaS application implementation, integrations, API integrations, upgrades, and enhancements - this is crucial to the role.
    • Experience with working within a Microsoft Stack including, SQL, SharePoint, PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerFlows and O365.
    • Experience in real estate ERPs, such as MRI or Yardi is strongly preferred.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
    • Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
