- Proactively manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and contract renewals.
- Address client concerns promptly, demonstrating a commitment to resolving issues and maintaining a high level of service quality.
- Regularly assess client needs and offer additional services to enhance their overall experience
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory to expand the client base.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed new contract acquisition targets.
- Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer, General Manager and other members of the team to create compelling materials that showcase our service offerings and assist in the sales process
- Identify project opportunities and work closely with clients to understand their project requirements.
- Ensure successful execution and delivery of projects.
- Upsell additional project-based services to existing clients and explore avenues for new project business
- Conduct regular check-ins (site visits) with clients to assess satisfaction levels and address any concerns or feedback.
- Work closely with subcontractors to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
- Act as a liaison between the client and subcontractors to facilitate smooth communication and project execution
- Monitor and analyze financial performance within the territory, ensuring revenue and gross margin are growing and that targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reporting, and analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desired but not required.
- Proven track record of success in sales, account management, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with the service industry and project-based work is a plus
