    WHAT YOULL BE DOINGAs a key technical expert, the person in this position leads financial planning and analysis activities and special projects.

    The lead also interfaces with top management, responding to their requests for financial data and to resolve reporting and compliance issues.


    Duties include, but are not limited to:
    Create and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual reports and ensure financial information has been recorded accurately.
    Identify trends and developments in the competitive business environment and present findings to senior management.
    Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.
    Conduct or participate in the most complex financial analysis projects.

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORRequires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    Requires at least 5 years related experience.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong Excel and Access skills.
    Knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion).Advanced aptitude in problem solving.
    Strong leadership skills and initiative.
    Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

    The Compensation range for this position is approximately $78,400k - $103k and will be based on the candidates qualification, experience, and education.
