VIOLAND
is searching for a dedicated professional to join our team, someone who is driven by passion and purpose. With over a century of experience in the industry, we are a pioneering organization that sets the standard.

The primary responsibilities will involve managing our existing base of 2,000 business clients, fostering new relationships to expand our clientele through referrals and leads, and overseeing a small team to carry out these tasks.

You will have the opportunity to become an expert in guiding and mentoring your team, eventually progressing into the role of Agency Director as you master the necessary skills utilizing our established systems and processes.

This position offers a competitive weekly salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve existing client portfolio.
Explore new business prospects (B2B).
Supervise team operations and outcomes.
Provide training and guidance to new team members on current systems.
Submit daily reports on field activities using a Salesforce-based CRM.
Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership growth.
Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

Proven track record of excellent time management and meeting deadlines.

Robust supervisory and leadership abilities.·Effective task prioritization and delegation skills.·Capability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment.·Passion for assisting individuals and nurturing professional connections.·Exceptional time management and organizational competencies.·Prior experience in sales or customer service.·Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.·Community involvement inclination.·Familiarity with CRMs (experience with Salesforce is preferable).

Licensing Requirements:

Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
Clean background and personal transportation are essential.
Minimum 45-day evaluation period before progression
