Aircraft Structures Mechanic

Salary: $35-40/hour, Full-Time

About the Job

This role requires a skilled Aircraft Structures Mechanic to maintain, repair and modify aircraft structures and structural components of moderate difficulty. The successful candidate will have experience working with aircraft sheet metal/structural modifications and repair.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and repair aircraft components including flight controls, engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems, and mechanical components.
Apply technical knowledge of airframe and power plant systems to determine equipment malfunctions and restore equipment condition and operation.
Solve moderate to complex problems by interpreting technical documentation such as blueprints or manufactures' manuals.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience working as an aircraft structures mechanic.
Eligibility for secret clearance.
F-18 airframe experience preferred.
Open to any shift and overtime.
