- Plan and conduct thorough research using all available DITMAC open-source tools and data sources to discover information necessary to support analysis with minimal returns based on quality review standards
- Document all research and analysis in a written PAI report.
- Perform initial triage of 100% of the cases and RFIs received by the DITMAC PAI Cell to determine priority, routing, and case assignment to both Government and Contractor analysts for action, or immediate referral to SMEs, submission to the PAI GTM for review, or submission to DITMAC senior leadership for criteria meeting a critical information requirement.
- Produce professional PAI briefings and supporting documentation used to articulate and communicate operational activities and/or PAI findings to various internal and external audiences.
- Review, edit, and perform quality control of DITMAC PAI products daily, communicating recommended updates and changes based on DITMAC PAI standards, both orally and in writing.
- Collaborate with applicable stakeholders and capture, incorporate or follow up on feedback to update and improve PAI standards.
- Develop and maintain a case tracker with relevant details and generate resultant weekly and ad hoc reports.
- Support the Government in developing Situational Awareness Products to inform DITMAC and the larger stakeholder community on news and information related to the DITMAC PAI capabilities
- Demonstrates comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences for the labor category
- Demonstrates ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.

As an Open Source Analyst you will conduct comprehensive open-source analysis, specifically focused on research of PAI, and fusion of traditional and non-traditional sources of information, to include social media and open web information
Produce PAI assessments and other InT-related products for a broad set of customers, including those in DoD, intelligence, security, and law enforcement communities and other senior audiences in support of DITMAC mission requirements and IAW established timelines

Desired Education:
Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.
SDepartment of Education; or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.
SDepartment of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.
