    What You'll Do: In this role you will oversee state recruiting and development of Agents and District Managers as well as drive the development of goals and strategies through the state by coordinating sales meetings, and monitoring agent performance through metrics, coaching and analysis. You will also:

    • Assist in the development and implementation of recruiting strategies and related training programs to meet state or region agent hiring and retention goals.
    • Provide training and support for various programs and initiatives including marketing campaigns, business plan strategies, and sales coach programs.
    • Assist in the monitoring of sales and profits of the agents by communicating and tracking established sales goals.
    • Help meet department quality performance objectives by effectively managing recruiting projects. Prepare and communicate regular status updates on various recruiting programs and initiatives.
    • Provide support for various state meetings and seminars, including planning agendas, coordinating meeting logistics, and working proactively to anticipate and prepare meeting and presentation materials.
    • Promote stability and growth in the field force and increase agent retention by supporting training activities of new District Managers.
    • Utilize problem-solving techniques to identify sales project issues and provide potential solutions and workarounds with impacts, including cost/benefit analysis. Identify and mitigate risks.
    • Continue professional development by attending and completing educational courses pertinent to the position.

    What It Takes to Join Our Team:

    • College degree or equivalent plus five to seven years relevant experience required. Experience with project management or managing sales process preferred.
    • Licensed in all product lines preferred. FINRA Registered Representative and Principal, Series 6, 26 & 63 preferred.
    • Experience coordinating and tracking sales promotion email to our field leaders and agents.
    • Must possess excellent leadership, oral and written communication, planning and decision making.
    • Strong problem solving, motivation, and marketing skills preferred.
    • Some travel required.
