Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. In this position the Nurse Practitioner will focus on geriatric patients with specific neurological, mental and cognitive diagnoses to include simple memory loss to Dementia, Depression, Anxiety, Chronic Pain, Fatigue and Insomnia. The NP will be working autonomously and will have flexibility with scheduling working hours.

Duties:

Conduct comprehensive physical assessments

Provide ongoing training and education on neuro feedback tools to patients and their families

-Monitor and document patients ongoing neurological status

No disease management

Requirements:

Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice

Master Degree in Nursing with specialization as a Nurse Practitioner

Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred

Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team.

Pay: 122,720-130,000/yr
