    Essential Functions:

    The Battery Plant includes two production lines, with which the entire demands of the vehicle plant are produced. The First Line is currently in a late ramp up phase while the second line just started to produce batteries. In this ramp up phase the Ramp Up Management is mostly responsible for reaching a higher output month by month. This project is called "Challenge jph". You will help to structure, organize, carry out, document and follow up all topics with the goal to increase the output of the line(s).

    Within the Ramp Up Management Role we as a team face a lot of different, cross-functional topics. Depending on those topics, you will support taskforce and project leader in their daily business. This means, that you will be responsible for organizing, leading and follow up on meetings with e.g. Planning, Logistic, Maintenance, Production, Quality.

    In addition you will be responsible for your own project(s) such as process improvements and smaller work packages.

    Other Regular Daily Tasks:

  • Prepare, organize, coordinate and document the topics within the project "Challenge jph"
  • Support Taskforce and project leader in their daily business
  • Lead your own smaller projects/ tasks and/ or work packages
  • Qualifikationen

    QUALIFICATIONS: Education, Experience and Necessary Skills all must be met in order to qualify for position.

    Education:

    Student in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or in a related area, and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Necessary Skills, Certifications, etc.:

  • Fluent in English (oral/written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Preferred Skills/Special Knowledge:

  • Knowledge in Project management
  • Knowledge in (Battery) Production
  • Preferred Start Date:

    Fall 4

    Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled at a university or in a gap yea between Bachelor's and Master's degree
  • Studies outside of the U.S.A
  • A minimum of 3 semesters of studies in relevant field of study
  • Available for a minimum of 6 months
