    Regional Marketing Team Member

    Clear Channel Outdoor is seeking a skilled Regional Marketing Team Member to help identify and pursue revenue opportunities in the northeast region. The ideal candidate will utilize marketing knowledge, insights, and data analytics tools to drive revenue initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Partner with sales teams to develop compelling media plans for advertisers based on market knowledge, media spending, and research insights.
    • Project manage all marketing tasks across the region using Asana.
    • Collaborate with regional leadership and corporate marketing to enable and train sales teams on new products and capabilities.
    • Report directly to Regional Director of Marketing and support internal processes and procedures.
    • Lead mobile advertising campaigns, including pre-sale strategy, campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
    • Act as a local market expert for Philadelphia and Northeast region teams.
    • Understand and share competitive media landscapes with regional teams.
    • Illustrate reasons why advertisers should invest in local markets by sharing unique qualities and statistics with regional teams.
    • Manage day-to-day photography schedules and proof of performance processes for Philadelphia branches and Northeast regions.
    • Work with photography and Ad Operations to develop marketing collateral.
    • Execute CCO's marketing initiatives within the region, aligned with Regional Director of Marketing and Corporate Marketing.
    • Lead research efforts to support sales throughout the region, utilizing tools like Vivvix, ZoomInfo, SponsorUnited, and Nielsen Scarborough.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.
    • 2-3 years of experience in marketing and/or advertising with increasing levels of responsibility.
    • Able to read, analyze, and interpret verbal and written requests and directions.
    • Competent in Microsoft software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
    • Strong business acumen, communication, and collaboration skills.

    Salary:

    $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
