- Knowledge and experience of mechanic's lien, law, stop notices, bid protests, public contract law, prompt payment law, and payment and performance bonds.
- Familiarity with working on construction claims for contract extras, delay damages, impact damages, and assessment of liquidated damages.
- Experience with arbitration and trial preparation, including participation in proceedings.
- Adept at drafting motions, conducting depositions, and communicating effectively with clients.
