    Description

    SHIFT LEADER

    As a Shift Leader, you'll be in charge of guiding Crew Members during their shift to ensure Dunkin' Donuts operational standards are met and guests have a fantastic experience.

    Wages: $12/hr - $18/hr

    Responsibilities Include:

    Team Environment:

    • Guide employees through their positions on each shift, providing feedback, and recognizing achievements respectfully.
    • Assign tasks to meet guests' needs and service standards. Support Crew Members' training as directed. Communicate goals and ensure team accountability during shift.

    Operations Excellence for Guest Satisfaction:

    • Prioritize guests' satisfaction and lead by example in delivering exceptional service. Motivate Crew Members to address guests' needs promptly.
    • Enforce the use of systems, tools, and procedures, taking corrective actions where necessary.
    • Monitor team performance to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards. Complete required training, including ServSafe certification.

    Profitability:

    • Ensure execution of restaurant standards and marketing strategies.
    • Adhere to systems and processes for cost control. Monitor Crew Members' compliance with cleanliness, food safety, and security protocols.
    • Report equipment issues, provide feedback to Crew Members, and explore growth opportunities with Restaurant Manager.

    Qualifications:

    Skills

    • Strong math and writing abilities
    • Previous experience in restaurant, retail, or supervision preferred
    • Minimum age of 18 (where applicable)
    • High school diploma or equivalent
