Woodbury Villa, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a Director of Health Services to join our growing teamWoodbury Estates and Woodbury Villa are in Woodbury, MN right next door to Woodbury Senior High School.
We have been helping seniors Age Magnificently for over 25 years in our gorgeous apartment style communities providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services.

Duties include:
Oversee the nursing staff for the provision of quality and appropriate resident care that meets or exceeds company and regulatory standards.
Maintain administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for the proper charting and documentation of care, medications, and treatments.
Assist with hiring nursing staff, oversee the provision of orientation and training, and retain qualified staff to carry out nursing and assisted living programs and services.
Assist with developing and implementing the written staffing plan and nursing schedule that reflects the needs of the resident population.
Collaborate with the Executive Director to build relationships with internal and external prospects, customers, families, and care providers.Evaluate current and potential residents to determine and maintain facilitys ability to provide the appropriate level of care.
Manage clinical aspects of state or federal government survey processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and a valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
A minimum of two years' management or supervisory experience in long-term or acute care is preferred.
Restorative or geriatric nursing experience is preferred.
Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents families, and employees.
Must possess advanced computer skills.
