- Minimum of an Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of recent experience negotiating clinical trial contracts and budgets
- Experience with disclosure agreements, service agreements, master agreements, and clinical trial agreements to negotiate clinical site contracts and budgets
- Experience managing the full clinical site contract lifecycle including negotiating, reviewing, amending, tracking contract progressions, gathering necessary signatures for contract execution, and terminating
- Proficiency with Excel as well as contract and budget management software
- 1-year contract with the chance to extend
- Schedule: Monday-Friday – 8am-5pm
- Pay: Based on Experience
- Remote – must reside in TX, AZ, NC, IN, GA, KY, or FL ONLY

for a reputable pharmaceutical client.
As the Clinical Contracts & Budgets Administrator, you will be responsible for effectively managing the negotiation, execution, and maintenance of clinical site contracts and budgets.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree as well as proven success negotiating contracts and budgets in a clinical trial setting working with disclosure agreements, clinical trial agreements, service agreements, and master agreements.
