    We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator in our Centralized Services department.

    Primary Job Duties/Functions:
    Oversees all Office 365 projects and initiatives. This role efficiently manages onboarding and offboarding projects within the defined scope and timelines.

    Additionally, the administrator will be vital in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation to benefit other departments and team members within Centralized Services.


    Primary Responsibilities:


    Provide expert administration and deployment assistance for Microsoft/Office 365, encompassing Email, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, and related security services.

    Lead the planning, design, and implementation of both on-premise and cloud-based backup services.
    Actively monitor and maintain client backups, ensuring alignment with internal documentation standards.
    Deploy and align managed services to guarantee unified delivery to our customers.
    Conduct onboarding and offboarding of clients and services, adhering to standard processes. This includes deploying, maintaining, and removing necessary MSP tool agents and hardware.
    Import, create, and maintain comprehensive documentation for Helpdesk technicians supporting the managed systems.
    Develop documentation on deployment and alignment best practices.
    Keep abreast of the product stack, focusing on staying current with Office 365-related services.

    Required Skills:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
    3+ years of experience in IT service management, administration, or support, preferably in a Managed Services Provider environment.
    Proficient in Office 365 deployment and administration.
    Hands-on experience with Entra ID/Intune deployment and administration.
    Familiarity with hypervisors, including Hyper V, Scale (KVM), and VMWare.
    Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
    Demonstrates good time management skills.

    Preferred Skills:
    Basic PowerShell scripting experience.
    Knowledge of the ConnectWise product stack.
    Experience in supporting Exchange 2016 or newer server versions.
