- You will operate portable power tools (e.g., drills, routers, nail guns, electric hammers, skill saws, portable table saws, circular saws, sanders, joiners) for woodworking and carpentry jobs.
- You will construct woodworking materials according to dimensional requirements and specifications, replace windows and doors, install jams, repair/replace flooring, general rough framing, and paint.
- You will prepare surfaces, frame and install drywall using spackling, drywall compound, taping, and sanding.
- You will apply plumbing knowledge and principles including a general knowledge of flow, draining, slant, slope, and sanitation to replace faucets, washers, plumbing lines, repairing/replacing toilets and flushing devices.
- You will perform plumbing work that involves removing, cleaning, replacing, and sealing defective parts and small sections of water, sewage, and similar utility systems
