- Utilize soldering equipment for the repair and modification of electronic circuit boards and 5G Radio Access Network (RAN) equipment.
- Test, troubleshoot, and repair RF circuit boards used in RAN equipment.
- Collaborate with the Remote Radio Head (RRH) engineering team, working closely with engineers and technicians.
- Use network analysers to gather RF data for reports supporting RRH product development.
- Read and work from schematics and run PIM (Passive Intermodulation) test equipment to troubleshoot and repair antenna prototypes.
- Maintain satisfactory Quality performance levels and a clean, organized workstation.
- Train and assist other Technicians in various aspects of repair.
- Knowledge of RF principles.
- Soldering and de-soldering skills.
- In-depth knowledge of electronic circuit componentry and theory.
- Ability to use signal generator and Spectrum analyzer.
- Knowledge of VSWR, ACLR, and feedback circuits.
- Experience with receive and amplifier circuits.
- Electronics Certification.
- Successful completion of a Technical Aptitude Test.
- For internal applicants: 2+ years experience as a Technician B and a letter of recommendation from an immediate supervisor.
