Location:
Phoenix, Arizona, United StatesBase Salary:
USD $120,000 - $165,000 per annum
Role Overview:
As the Director of the Transfer Center, you will collaborate with the National Director to develop strategies for growth and outreach.
This role demands leadership that aligns with our core values and objectives, fostering an environment that upholds our standards of care and community commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategize and implement initiatives for development and outreach.
Develop and maintain Transfer Center protocols to optimize patient care and transfer processes.
Collaborate with various teams to integrate services that meet our high standards of care.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage departmental budgets.
Lead and evaluate team members, fostering a supportive and effective workplace.
Qualifications:
Education:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Management, or related field
Preferred:
BSN or MSN
Experience:
At least 5 years in nursing management within a hospital setting, including three years in a supervisory role. Experience in managing a Transfer Center is highly desirable.
Licenses/Certifications:
Required:
Registered Nurse License
Preferred:
BLS certification.
