The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. The responsibility of this position is evolving and requires the ability to adapt. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.

    Position is located in Southborough, MA.Job ResponsibilitiesConfidently communicate with project managers to get necessary paperwork and information to process services and jobs in our systemsAssist General Manager with contracts administration and organization of informationMaintain organized databases to communicate information effectively and accurately to all team membersFollow-up on status of jobs to insure timely invoicing and accurate job costingSend service invoices to customersBecome the Service Trade expert through successfully navigating and understanding how to retrieve essential informationCross-train on contract billing to serve as support and back-up as neededCross-train in AP and Payroll to serve as support and back-up as neededCross-train in front desk support in Office Manager absence and back-up as neededJob RequirementsMust possess Associate degree in Business or Accounting with relevant work experience.

    Bachelors degree a plus.

    Minimum 3 to 5 years related office/accounting experienceProficient in ExcelMust be detail and deadline orientedStrong critical thinking skillsService Trade and/or Great Plains experience a plusSuccessful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required.

    MVR checks are required for all driving positions.
