Job summary

As a Service (Maintenance) Specialist you will perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community's revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects conducting community tours and showing apartments processing applications credit screening criminal background checks preparing the lease move-in package ensuring a smooth resident move-in lease signing inspecting apartments prior to resident move-in ensures apartments are in move-in ready condition schedules any outstanding item to be addressed with the maintenance team stays informed about current market competitor conditions that may impact the community occupancy sales results develops implements short- long-term marketing plans goals sustain occupancy follows established policies related concessions specials programs boost occupancy uses onsite property management software track apartment availability record traffic leasing activities manage resident prospect data critical demographic information existing future residents responds quickly courtesy resident Capital Square concerns questions promptly solves problems

• School GED required
• Previous leasing experience plus excellent organizational skills customer service mindset strong computer technology skills basic knowledge MS Office Suite Yardi Voyager experience valid driver license positive motivating team-oriented attitude desire exceed highly competitive environment HVAC certification required.
