    Responsibilities:

    · In this role, you'll develop, lead, document, and direct the clinical care carried out by professional and paraprofessional nursing personnel in compliance with applicable nursing standards of care and practice.

    · This involves assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patients' medical, and psychiatry needs with a focus on providing the highest patient-focused quality care possible.

    · Serve as the liaison between patients and their families to educate them regarding treatment plans.

    · Seeking team members who are great communicators and care about developing long-term therapeutic relationships with patients.

    Requirements:

    · Professionals with a valid Washington State license to practice as a Registered Nurse or have the ability to obtain a valid Washington State license by the start of employment

    · Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), preferred but not required

    Other:

    · Free ORCA cards are available for Pierce County employees.

    · All direct care positions receive an additional 5% per hour for working at a 24/7 staffed facility.

    · Shift differential of $2.50 per hour for working evening and night shift is offered to the candidates.
