- Assist in scheduling team members to ensure appropriate coverage and service for events.
- Effectively communicate with Suites Management team to ensure all applicable information is conveyed.
- Oversees the general operations of assigned Suites, including supervising the Pantry Coordinators, Suite Supervisors, Runners, and Suite Attendants on Event Day
- Responsible for servicing assigned Suite Member accounts.
- Support the Suite operation team in setup, suite walks, cold push and all other operational needs required for successful game day execution.
- Deliver weekly touchpoints to Suite Members via email, phone, or written communications to ensure a quality experience and manage client expectation.
- Assist in menu design, layouts, and menu development.
- Maintaining Event Software with guest information, menus, and updated pricing.
- Assisting with event operations as needed.
- Maintain punctuality in daily work times, appointments, and meetings.
- Additional responsibilities as determined by management.
- Able to work at a fast pace.
- Organization and effective communication skills required.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
- Must have excellent Customer Service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Can effectively communicate and relate to all levels within the organization; create and builds positive and productive relationships.
- Responds quickly and effectively to changing trends and circumstances; embraces change and adapts; learns from past mistakes and adjusts accordingly.
- Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to obtain food safety certification and TEAM certification (responsible alcohol service)
- Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays). It is required to be available, at minimum, 5 days prior to an event and event day.
- Must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers Games and all large stadium wide events.
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, and standing.
- Must have the ability to lift, push, pull approximately 25lbs as well as stand or walk for long periods of time.
- Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and additional job specific safety training.

THE ROLE
The Office and Events Supervisor is primarily responsible for delivering a superior level of service to Suite Members. This role will support the Suites Manager in day-to-day operations and coordination of event information. The Office and Events Supervisor should be a professional, customer service-oriented, well organized, and positive individual. The Office and Events Supervisor will work under the guidance of the Suites Manager.
