Schoenfelder Renovations Inc is an award-winning General Contractor, 33 years in business, based in MN, operating in 46 states. We take pride in our clients partnerships and strive for a high quality customer experience. Over 90% of our business is referral based.
We are seeking a self-starter to join our team in business development and account management to increase our nationwide renovation potential. This role will build a strong sales pipeline through positive customer relationships, identifying new opportunities and close them.
Daily Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients in new and existing revenue streams
Develop all clients, moving them along the sales cycle towards renovation project bid creation
Lead generation calls and emails daily
Collate and maintain client details and progress in HubSpot
Attend client meetings as needed via video or actual travel.
Estimate travel 3-4 times/year
Qualifications and Experience
Proven track record with 3 years of relevant business development experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, HubSpot, other relevant software
Demonstrate strong communication skills interdepartmentally to implement growth strategies
Must be comfortable cold calling, talking on phone, participating in video calls
Ability to think and act independently as client conversation unfolds
Strong focus on action and results
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience considered
Working Environment
In office Monday Friday, 40 hours/week, consistent, reliable attendance required
Ability to self-motivate in personal workspace
Must be local to the Minneapolis/St. Paul MN area
Professional, business casual attire required with jeans on Fridays.
Compensation
Base plus commission with earning potential of minimum $100,000 to $175,000 per year, monthly payouts of earned commissions.
3 weeks of Paid Time Off, accrued through payroll
