    Role Overview: As a School-Based Speech Language Pathologist at Soliant, you'll be integral in providing speech and language therapy services within a school environment. We're seeking a compassionate and skilled professional who is dedicated to positively impacting students' lives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, voice, and fluency abilities.
    • Develop and execute tailored treatment plans based on assessment findings and student needs.
    • Deliver direct speech therapy services, addressing articulation, language comprehension, social communication, and pragmatics goals.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school professionals to ensure cohesive care and effective intervention strategies.

    • Stay abreast of best practices and evidence-based interventions in the speech-language pathology field.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
    • Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
    • Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
