    We are seeking a Global Talent Acquisition leader for our Technology division to partner with business leaders and HR colleagues to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that support our global growth ambitions.

    The role:

    You will be:


    Proactive in setting and leading the Talent Acquisition strategy and multi-year plans to deliver the ambitions of our global Technology division.

    Someone who operates as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR colleagues – including the divisional leadership teams - to ensure TA strategy supports business goal achievement.

    Able to advise and influence effectively on all aspects of Talent Acquisition (from successful attraction

    strategies/campaigns,

    through to ensuring someone has an exceptional onboarding experience) you will bring market insight and creativity to enable us to hire the very best talent in the marketplace.
    Overseeing recruitment, ensuring fair and unbiased TA practices are in place.

    Leading delivery and developing a team of recruiters by providing leadership, guidance and support in the development of the team.

    Providing SME knowledge and input to Talent Acquisition, HR and business colleagues.
    Very comfortable operating in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment
    Happy to roll up your sleeves, work hard to get the job done and have fun
    Passionate about and strives to be regarded as a subject matter expert

    Someone who develops and communicates performance metrics to the business - including ad-hoc reporting – to continuously improve recruiting strategies and ensure we swiftly implement internal and external best practices.

    Effective in planning and managing annual budget for divisional TA activity


    Main Responsibilities / Accountabilities:


    Partner with the Head of People for our Global Technology division to develop the TA strategy and plans, to deliver an exceptional TA experience for all stakeholders, in an efficient, effective and inclusive way.

    Set and lead initiatives to improve the quality, quantity, diversity of hires, giving LSEG competitive advantage in the talent marketplace.

    Lead direct and matrix team TA members to ensure effective, efficient, and timely TA delivery
    Provide accurate reporting on TA performance and progress against planned hiring forecasts and create forward plans, to get ahead of demand, to ensure we consistently the right support to business customers
    Provide regular market insight/information from internal and external sources. Advise on competitor activity, availability of talent, salary trends and hiring best practice
    Educate and influence hiring managers on the importance of diversity in the recruitment process
    Identify external opportunities to further strengthen the LSEG employee brand
    Handling issues at all levels so that incidents and problems are dealt with quickly and effectively


    Skills/Experience Required:
    Essential
    You will have TA expertise/experience leading hiring for technology specialists in the latest data, analytics and technology solutions. You are someone who has led tech hiring in the past with broad and deep technology TA

    experience/expertise.
    Credible and experienced setting and leading the talent acquisition strategy and delivery for a business division/area in a large-scale global organisation
    Experience handling multiple stakeholders with the ability to tailor your approach to the client base
    Creatively use a broad range of sourcing channels to attract the best talent to meet specific functional sourcing needs
    Strong demonstrated technical sourcing/recruiting domain experience
    Confident management of expectations and relationships with senior stakeholders, hiring managers, HR colleagues and candidates
    Outstanding communication and relationship building skills and proactive approach to stakeholder management and status reporting
    Able to prioritise in a growing business, to ensure the right priorities are delivered
    Excellent attention to detail, taking pride in accurate, quality work
    Open, accountable and collaborative in working style
    Excellent planning, organising and follow-through abilities. Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and remain focused and calm in challenging situations
    Previous experience as an internal/in-house recruitment global leader, having been a successful recruiter
    University Degree level/equivalent qualified – HR (preferred)
    Desired
    Previous experience working at a FinTech, financial services, data or technology organization, ideally within a product led organisation.
    Experience with Workday would be advantageous

    Location :
    This role will be located in Hyderabad, India. It is a global role and therefore global travel to our Tech sites across the world will be required.

    The role has a hybrid workstyle – blended – meaning we would expect you to be in the office at least 3 days per week.
