Mechanical Engineer


Key Role:
Provide analysis and expertise on the execution of a military posture construction program.

Track contract acquisition strategies and timelines, monitor work in progress and develop workload projections to identify long-range issues affecting program timelines, milestones, and key events.

Apply technical expertise to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Develop posture construction program execution strategy by applying projectmanagement

knowledge

andtoolstomonitorthe program-integrated masterschedule,budgets,andscope.

Integrate posture construction execution strategies with the DoD construction agent to ensure posture timelines and milestones are achieved.

Provide senior leaders with program updates including scope, schedule, milestones, and risks.

Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience with program management
10+ years of experience working on military construction projects
5+ years of experience working in the INDOPACOM AOR
Experience with developing and managing complex project documents, schedules, risk registers, and stakeholder and requirement documents
Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Project
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Additional Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with supporting Joint military operations
Experience working with the Army Corps of Engineers or Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Master's degree
PMP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193, annualized USD).

The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
