    Moore Veterinary Hospital is an AAHA accredited, small animal practice in SE Michigan. Currently with 1.5 FTE veterinarians, we are rapidly growing to need another associate. Our ideal candidate would have 2+ years of experience with the ability to perform surgical and dental procedures. If a desire to lead and manage exists, the opportunity to transition into Medical Director is also available. Ultimately our hope is to match your professional goals with our practice's needs

    Our experienced staff includes six licensed veterinary technicians (yes, six), four assistants and four CSRs. Conveniently located in St. Clair Shores just 20 minutes outside of Detroit, we are near the Nautical Mile along Lake St. Clair. Our city offers an abundance of shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and arts. We have an excellent school system and plenty of recreational activities. St. Clair Shores boasts three waterfront & ten neighborhood parks, multiple marinas for boaters, and tons of water sport fun

    Our team is also enthusiastic, friendly, and Fear Free-trained. We practice high-quality veterinary medicine for appreciative clients and patients. With a variety of equipment to solve the trickiest diagnostic cases and so much more, we boast ultrasound, digital rads, surgical laser, cold laser, and an in-house Idexx lab. Our veterinarians also enjoy a generous salary package and flexible work schedules.

    The owners of Moore Veterinary Hospital understand the importance of a skilled management team. Our Practice Manger and Medical Director work closely with the staff to ensure a safe, fun, and relaxed work environment. We take pride in our professionalism and high standard of care but realize it's okay to have fun at work too

    Requirements

    Must be a licensed DVM (or have the ability to become licensed) in the state of Michigan.
