Job summary
We are an Independent Dealership with locations in Marietta and Kennesaw. As a Car Sales Consultant you are directly responsible for selling new and used cars, providing our customers with the highest level of customer service and satisfaction, and achieving company sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Conducts business in a professional and ethical manner
- Folllows company approach to selling (including but not limited to): Greets customers with a welcoming attitude and listens to their needs Describes operations and features of vehicles matching customer's needs via in-person or virtually Follows company test drive procedures (obtaining correct identification, following test drive route, etc.) Suggests optional equipment, features warranties for customer to purchase Correctly computes quotes sales price Works with finance team to obtain financing as needed Completes all necessary paperwork Arranges for delivery registration of the vehicle Addresses all customer concerns ensures customer is satisfied Maintains solid knowledge brands products including features specifications pricing options standard equipment Generate appointments quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting through calls emails social media Handle all incoming internet email leads internet phone leads Assist management ensuring lot is merchandised correctly maximize sales Must be able to make effective demonstration ride on planned route Develop maintain future prospect customer follow-up system Participates required brand company training Utilizes familiar online digital retailing selling tools May be required use video tools assist customers virtually car buying process In conjunction General Manager develops personal income goals consistent company standards develops strategy consistently meet those goals Complies company policies procedures Other duties assigned
