Site Superintendents will be responsible for supervising and scheduling all concrete activities at local job sites, directing foreman, making sure jobs are being completed on time and on budget, and ensuring quality and safety requirements are being met.

Supervising all aspects of the job site, including safety and quality standards
Resolve conflicts and disputes to minimize delays and claims
Instruct field staff on the processes, policies, and procedures essential to the project
Plan and supervise the field activities, such as the method of construction, manpower, material quantities, equipment and schedules
Working closely with office staff on necessary production rates, construction methods, and schedules
Participating in Level 10 meetings with local office staff
Understand and apply the Company's labor relations policies
At least five (5) years in concrete or heavy civil construction
Creative and results-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation
Excellent computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheets
Excellent problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with all types of individuals
