    Description


    The Lead Software Developer position, under the supervision of the Director of Software Development, is integral to a dynamic team of developers focused on the design and development of web-based and mobile software products.

    In this role, you will offer technical guidance and mentorship to a team of Software Developers, playing a crucial part in the creation of high-quality software products that effectively cater to the needs of the company.

    Candidates are required to reside in the United States.

    The qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree or higher from a four-year college or university, or equivalent experience.

    Additionally, candidates should have a minimum of 6+ years of successful, progressive experience in software development, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


    Qualifications:


    6+ years of experience in Web Application development, utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Single Page Application (SPA) frameworks like Angular, TypeScript, Javascript, React, etc.

    Proficiency in REST and GraphQL API service development, employing technologies such as C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework, Domain Driven Design, Dependency Injection, MySQL, or NoSQL data stores, with at least 6+ years of expertise.5+ years of experience in Hybrid Mobile Frameworks, including Ionic, Android Studio, Xcode, etc.5+ years of involvement in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery Patterns using AWS CodeBuild, AWS Lambda, CloudFormation, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and source control with GitHub and AWS CodeCommit.

    Expertise with AWS services such as AWS Fargate/ECS, S3, SQS, SES, Elastic Cache, Cloudfront, EC2, Serverless Lambda, VPC, and DynamoDB, with at least 5+ years of experience.5+ years of experience in Agile practices.

    Mastery in all aspects of the development process, including code repository management (GitHub) and branching strategy, code review, coding standards, code deployment, quality assurance processes, debugging, and troubleshooting in production environments.

    Expected to assess and provide recommendations based on complex Proof of Concepts.
    Understanding of OWASP Top 10 security vulnerabilities and adherence to secure coding practices.
    Proficiency in effectively using database software, Internet software, and project management software.
    AWS Solution Architect certification.
    A passion for higher education is a plus.
