    Luxury Sales Specialists operate as brand ambassadors, providing exceptional customer service and information on our vehicles. Their objective is to educate customers about our products.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the high-end luxury industry (clothing, jewelry, auto, etc.)
    • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences with excellent customer service skills and a desire to uphold top-notch customer service principles and practices
    • A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for the automotive industry
    • High proficiency in computer software applications, including MS Office and Google Docs
    • Experience with CRM applications, such as Salesforce, is desired
    • Technological savviness, with the ability to easily navigate and troubleshoot vehicle technology features
    • Strong professionalism and personal presentation
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, while also working independently and efficiently
    • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Ability to work evening hours, weekends, and holidays
    • A valid Driver License and insurability are required

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Serve as the ambassador for the brand and O'GARA, welcoming and greeting all customers entering the showroom, controlling customer flow and traffic, and offering beverage service
    • Deliver exceptional customer service, engaging, educating, and exciting prospective customers about the brand, vehicles, promotions, and events
    • Tour customers around the showroom and exterior lot, showcasing and highlighting vehicles and merchandise, introducing them to key personnel, and discussing current and upcoming promotions and events
    • Become the subject matter expert by attending training classes and sales meetings, obtaining factory certification and product knowledge for each model, and staying up-to-date with brand and company communication, as well as any vehicle alerts or recalls
    • Maintain expertise in brand products, including models, stats, price ranges, years, colors, vehicle optionality, and brand competition
    • Utilize the brand, CRM databases, and tools to achieve and exceed target CRM goals for outbound phone calls, emails, texts, written communication, appointments, follow-ups, and test drives
    • Ensure accurate and timely entry of new and current customer contact information and interactions into the CRM database
    • Gather essential information to smoothly transition customers to the sales team, effectively utilizing the 'up system'
    • Contribute to achieving monthly sales and delivery targets by achieving individual and store sales, and KPI targets set by management
    • Educate customers before and during test drives, ensuring adherence to protocols, policies, procedures, and safety precautions
    • Present offers made by customers to purchase vehicles to management, assisting with compiling necessary information for deal completion
    • Communicate and collaborate with Porters to prepare and stage vehicles for scheduled appointments or deliveries, ensuring all keys, accessories, and other requirements are met
    • Execute customer documents, tour, educate, and highlight customers on vehicle functions, assist with setting up personal vehicle preferences and sync mobile devices, and partner with management to deliver an exceptional customer experience through gifting, meals, photos/videos, etc.
    • Assist customers with troubleshooting vehicle technology features, provide house-call service as needed, and promote brand, company, vehicles, and events through company social media accounts
    • Attend on-site and off-site brand and company events as scheduled by management
    • Effectively communicate across all departments (Finance, Service, Parts, Preowned, Marketing, etc.)
    • Participate in opening/closing showroom procedures
    • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by Managers
