About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Oncology APP (PA/NP) to join our team at the Falck Cancer Center in Elmira, NY.

This is a full-time position available with primarily daytime hours from Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will work closely with an established ambulatory oncology team, providing direct patient care in the clinic and supporting the infusion center.

Responsibilities include conducting new patient evaluations, managing acute illness, symptoms management, coordinating palliative care services, and educating patients and their families.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative.

NYS eligibility for NP or PA certification, NYS License, and DEA registration are mandatory requirements.

While experienced providers are preferred, we encourage new graduates to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct patient care in the ambulatory clinic
Provider coverage of the onsite infusion center
New patient evaluations and management of acute illness
Symptoms management and coordination of palliative care services
Patient and family education

Requirements:

NYS eligible for NP or PA certification
NYS License and DEA required
