Job Description:
SNF nurses care for geriatric patients who require 24/7 care:Ordering medications, equipment and supplies as prescribed.
Preparing and administering treatments/medications as ordered by the physicianNotify the resident's physician and/or family members when there is a change in resident's conditionAdministering professional nursing practice services such as:
