    Construction and Strategic Initiatives Analyst

    Redknot is a rapidly growing custom building and development company that was founded in 2007. Our current primary focus is the construction of $400,000 to $2,000,000+ custom homes in the Greater Cincinnati area and the development of infill subdivisions.

    Requirements:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent documentation and organizational skills
    • Proven computer skills and experience in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    • Problem solver
    • Time management skills
    • Interest in learning about new home construction. Experience a plus but not required.

    Responsibilities:

    • Estimating and Procurement
      • Estimate certain aspects of each home with take offs, etc.
      • Capture and analyze historical cost data
      • Develop model for good, better, best series of homes across all product types (i.e. doors, trim, cabinets, etc.)
      • Maintain job profitability reporting comparing budget, actual, and forecast.
      • Vendor / subcontractor reporting and analysis
      • Develop and maintain detailed scope of work and specifications for all bids.
    • Strategic Initiatives
      • Create budgets, scope of work and feasibility analysis regarding potential developments.
      • Assist with zoning presentations.
      • Work with team to create an inventory of 'standard plans' with upgrades, various elevations, etc.

    Compensation and Benefits:
