Job summary: Accrete is building AI systems for high-stakes national security enterprise use cases As we pursue FedRAMP certification strengthening our identity and access controls is a top priority We are seeking an Identity Engineer to design implement modern least-privilege Identity Access Management IAM program across our cloud infrastructure internal tools development environments This role will be hands-on foundational turning our IAM plan into reality materially reducing identity compromise insider threat risk What You ll Do Implement operationalize Accrete s IAM strategy roadmap with focus on least privilege zero trust principles Design deploy fine-grained access controls across cloud infrastructure developer environments internal tools SaaS applications Break down overly broad role-based access into scoped auditable permissions Own identity lifecycle management joiner mover leaver workflows Integrate IAM with logging monitoring security tooling to support audits incident response Partner engineering embed IAM controls into infrastructure-as-code deployment workflows Support FedRAMP readiness compliance including documentation evidence collection control implementation Serve as subject-matter expert on identity risk access design secure authentication practices What We re Looking For
