    About the Job
    Caring, loving and passionate Home Healthcare Aides, CNAs LPNs and PCA's needed to cover 24 hour care - 7 days per week. Shifts can be 4 hours, 8 hours and some overnights available.
    Great opportunity for a caring, passionate experienced in home care professional looking to care and support an elderly woman needing caring support.
    Working along side a team of caring professionals you will provide personalized, direct care assisting with daily living activities, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship. This role requires empathy, reliability, and following a specific, individualized care plan.
    Core Responsibilities:
    • Personal Care: Assist with, dressing, toileting, and incontinent care.
    • Mobility Support: Elderly women walks with a walker and like to exercise by walking a lot , and assist with a range-of-motion exercises.
    • Medication Reminders: Remind the person to take prescribed medications and, may assist with medication administration.
    • Household Assistance: Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, vacuuming, and tidying up.
    • Meal Preparation: Most meals are made so it's more of warming meals and serving the foods listed on the daily menu prepared by the family.
    • Companionship & Safety: Provide emotional support, engage in activities, and ensure a safe, secure home environment.
    Qualifications and Requirements:
    • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent, with training certification (HHA or CNA) frequently required.
    • Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and patience,
    • Certification/Background: CPR certification and a clean background check are often necessary. Joining an agency is a must.
    • Documentation: Ability to maintain accurate records and daily logs of care provided.
    Work Environment:
    • Works in the client's private home, providing individualized, in-depth care (one-on-one).
