- Providing one-on-one proactive companionship to seniors with chronic health conditions in their homes (discussing current events, create artwork, reviewing photo albums): Learn their story
- Escorting to doctor's appointments or running errands (grocery shopping)
- Reminding clients to take their medications
- Performing light housekeeping task such as dusting, tidying, laundry
- Assisting clients in preparing meals
- Observing their well-being; communicating with nursing team
