• Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits eligibility, coverage, and claims.
• Coordinate open enrollment processes, including communication, enrollment assistance, and data management.
• Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends to recommend enhancements to the benefits program.
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure effective benefits administration.
• Manage compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as ERISA, HIPAA, and ACA.
• Assist in developing and delivering benefits-related training and education programs for employees.
• Maintain accurate benefits records and prepare reports for management as needed.
  

• Proven experience as a Human Resources Benefits Specialist or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of employee benefits programs, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
