Overview of Role
We're looking for an experienced Digital Advertiser with a degree in Business and an interest or experience in digital advertising, search engine optimization, and social media marketing to join our close-knit team.
This role is ideal for an organized and independent person looking to be part of a growing agency. You will need to truly understand your clients' businesses and maintain a positive relationship with their teams. You will create advertising campaigns from the ground up and test new strategies on a monthly basis. You will collaborate with our close-knit team to strategize, implement, monitor, and report on your ad campaigns.You may also be required to meet with clients at their locations (usually near or around the Philadelphia area) to review strategy and project plans periodically.

Specifics of RoleDeveloping SEM strategies across multiple engines to improve client goals (e.g., CPA, ROAS) and achieve maximum efficiency
Conducting keyword research, writing ad copy, and establishing bidding strategies to meet and exceed client KPIs
Monitor daily performance metrics to understand search performance across global markets
Managing campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
Managing Search, Shopping, Display, Remarketing, Video, and Social Media advertising campaigns
Manage conversion tracking and ensure all campaigns are properly tracking conversion. Analyze results and develop actionable insights and make optimizations to ensure KPIs are exceeded or met
Reporting:
Compilation of performance results on a monthly basis with analysis for client strategy
Monitor the competitive landscape and develop recommendations
Maintain certifications and partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Project management including time/cost budgeting to ensure contracts are being fulfilled while remaining profitable
Development, delivery, and management of advertising campaigns to provide value to consumers in a way that builds trust in the client's brand
Monitoring and reporting on each client's advertising progress
Staying up to date on changes within the digital marketing industry including new marketing strategies, case studies, algorithm updates, etc.
Required Skills, Education, and ExperienceA degree in marketing, business, or other related subjects
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal & acute attention to detail
A professional and personable manner with the ability to manage expectations and priorities
Good business sense and the ability to work within budgets
Proven presentation skills – in-person and virtual
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Experience managing multiple client portfolios across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn (TikTok Advertising a plus).
Experience in data analysis and reporting - Google Analytics and Looker Studio
Experience with eCommerce campaigns (specifically Google Shopping)
Experience with all campaign types (e.g., Search, Display, Performance Max, Discovery ads, Shopping ads, YouTube) is preferred
Meta (Facebook Instagram) social advertising necessary
Agency experience preferred, managing multiple clients with monthly budgets ranging between $1,000 to $50,000 per client
Ad Creative:
Canva and other ad creating tool knowledge helpful
The candidate should be comfortable working from home full-time and understand that they will be using their personal computer for work use.
Working from home requires unwavering self-discipline and self-awareness.We communicate many times a day via chat and email, and you will be expected to work regular hours and be a self-starter that requires minimal supervision.
