    The Iowa Clinic is looking for a Sr. Data Analyst to lead key strategic analytical projects for the organization. This includes but is not limited to building high impact business intelligence dashboards and reports, processing multiple complex datasets, and completing complex analytics and datamining projects. The Sr. Data Analyst will work closely with the Director of Analytics to lead these projects, while also providing mentorship and training to help growth the skills of the analytics team, while also elevating the data culture of the organization. The Sr. Data Analyst will be responsible for building relationships with clinical and business leaders across the organization to identify priority projects, followed by the completion and integration of these data outputs. Strong communication skills will also be required to optimize communication across stakeholders, including ensuring all projects are delivered in a clear and impactful manner. The Sr. Data Analyst will need to be a team player, but also a self-starter who can work independently, show curiosity, and demonstrate initiative to own complex projects. Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field.
    • Over three years previous experience in business analytics.
    • Previous health care related analytics experience preferred.
    • Experience building dashboards and data processing with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or a similar tool.
    • Experience with data coding languages such as Python, R, SQL or related tools.
    • Experience leading complex business analyses, including working with business leaders to understand objectives and delivering results in clear and impactful outputs.
    • Demonstrated experience with data reporting, querying, and manipulation of large data sets.
