Job summary
The position would be across all programs at both campuses. The Clinical Social Work Specialist position will be geared towards bolstering clinical interventions within the programs at St. Louis Forensic Treatment Center.This position will play a large part in providing trainings to the social work department; Examples being onboarding new employees, developing or utilizing preexisting trainings and providing them to the department and collaborating with providers in the community who would come provide training to our team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with social workers on multidisciplinary teams to ensure appropriate implementation of clinical interventions
- Participate in the onboarding process to ensure adequate orientation of the social worker within their respective program
- Assess, supplement and improve already existing evidenced-based practices within our department
- Provide centralized treatment group(s) based on clinical necessity
