- Management Representative according to IATF16949 requirements, including representing the needs of the customer in internal functions in addressing IATF16949 requirements.
- Ensures that a quality system is established, implemented, and maintained according to the IATF16949 standard.
- Confers with management personnel to establish production and quality control standards, develop budget and cost controls, and to obtain data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of products ordered.
- Reports on the performance of the quality system to general management for review and as a basis for improvement of the quality system.
- Acts as a change agent within the facility. Facilitates improvements in processes.
- Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.
