    Job Summary
    We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our multifamily apartment maintenance team. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing plumbing systems in our apartment complex. You will work closely with the maintenance team to ensure the efficient operation of all plumbing fixtures and systems within the property.

    Responsibilities
    • Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify and address issues promptly.
    • Perform repairs and maintenance on plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, showers, and faucets.
    • Diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, and other plumbing problems in a timely manner.
    • Install new plumbing fixtures and appliances as needed.
    • Collaborate with other maintenance team members to coordinate repair and maintenance efforts.
    • Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and address plumbing issues in their apartments.
    • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
    • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing plumbing tasks.
    • Assist with other maintenance tasks as needed, including electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
    • Provide excellent customer service to tenants and address their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

    Requirements
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Two years' experience as a plumber or plumbing technician.
    • Valid plumbing license or certification preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and fixtures.
    • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing problems effectively.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
    • Clean driving record and reliable transportation.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience working in a multifamily apartment complex or similar environment.
    • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
    • Experience with plumbing tools and equipment.
