- Keep the landscaping tidy by inspecting the property and removing any litter
- Mow, edge, trim, prune, rake, plant, water, and weed the landscape
- Ensure the exterior of the building is well-maintained
- Operate a golf cart for mobility around the premises
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Assist with indoor tasks like checking and emptying trash, and general cleaning
- Utilize industrial lawn vacuum and other landscaping equipment
- May need to cover janitorial duties if required
