- Provide high-quality inpatient behavioral health nursing services, including therapeutic interventions, crisis assessment, medication administration, and care coordination.
- Coordinate internal and external care efficiently to meet the health needs of clients.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation to meet standards and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in a team-based care model to enhance client outcomes.
- Enhance client satisfaction and health outcomes through direct assessments and interventions.
- Foster a collaborative culture within AllHealth Network.
- Skilfully document mental status and progress of clients.
- Provide oral and written reports to staff and incoming nurses.
- Attend meetings and complete required paperwork and training.
- Adhere to network policies and procedures.
- Registered Nurse with current Colorado license
- BSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years of related nursing experience with diverse populations.
- 1 year inpatient behavioral health experience preferred.
- Nursing assessment, care management, and psychotropic medication management.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and time management skills.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in PC-based software programs.

AllHealth Network Nurse Position
Job Purpose:
Offer personalized nursing care to support exceptional behavioral and medical health services at the AllHealth Acute Care Campus. Promote coordinated client care through collaborative practice and ongoing care management.
Goals and Objectives:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work positively with the Acute Care Campus team to meet clients' medical and behavioral health needs effectively. Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients and colleagues. Respond to inquiries and referrals promptly and accurately. Establish supportive relationships with clients, carry out physician orders, and ensure safety in the care environment.
Follow infection control procedures, monitor lab results, and screen clients for health issues related to medications.
